Cove are proud to offer a dedicated Sheet metal assembly service to satisfy the needs of its customers, utilising machinery such as two Pemserter Series 4 pneumatic presses which are designed to fit a full range of fasteners such as bushes, studs, locking fasteners and anchor nuts. We also fit a variety of rivet nuts using an Avdel 74200 Hydro Pneumatic insertion tool

Cove offer assembly services to all sectors of sheet metal manufacture to customer supplied specifications from small brackets to large aircraft and marine console assemblies.
