System and Product Design

Our in house Electronics design team have extensive experience in the design, development and manufacturing cycle of electronic products and systems.  We have designed and manufactured large Automatic Test Equipment Racks and Systems for Aerospace and Automotive applications, specialist heater controller cabinets, electronic load banks, bespoke test boxes and programming units, through to complex wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.

Design Service

Having this wide experience means that we are able to offer a design service to  help you take your product idea from concept through to production. We can design and build initial prototypes, or take on your own proof of concept models. We will then produce the necessary documentation to enable the initial production and together with our in house sheet metal fabrication capability we can produce fully functional units. We will then take the first units through CE marking to Production Release.
